PCGS 1999-P Susan B. Anthony dollar double-struck with the 2nd strike 80% off-center and uniface reverse. Major double-strike, and scarce on SBA dollars.

 

MS65 lustrous, mostly white, with a hint of gold toning. Some impression marks from a piece of machinery or something else, are visible on the coin at 2 o'clock on the obverse, and a few other area of the coin.
