NGC 1999-P Susan B. Anthony dollar double-denomination, overstruck on 1999-P Georgia quarter. The coin shows the designs of both a the SBA dollar as well as the 1999-P Georgia quarter! It has a reeded edge as well. Large portions of the state quarter's reveres are visible on the dollar's obverse, with most of the word "GEORGIA" visible over SBA's head, as well as much of the reverse design across the coin. On the dollar's reverse, there are more moderate portions of the quarter's obverse side.

A very rare error, with this being only the 2nd example known of a SBA on a Georgia quarter, and one of the few known SBA's struck on any state quarter!

The error occurred when a 1999-P Georgia quarter was fed into a SBA dollar coining press and overstruck with the dollar dies. Because of its smaller size, it could have made it out of the Mint and into a roll of coins or a bag.
