PCGS 1999-P Susan B. Anthony dollar struck 60% off-center on a clad quarter planchet. The coin is struck on the smaller planchet of a Washington quarter, and is the weight, metal, and planchet size of a quarter. It is struck 60% off-center as well.

 

Very scarce, with probably around 5 or 6 off-center SBA's on quarter planchets known.
