NGC 1999-P Jefferson nickel struck on 1999-P Roosevelt dime double-denomination. The coin is a "15c" piece, since it has the two different denominations on the same coin! The designs from both coins are strong and easily seen, which is ideal, with dime's obverse visible on the nickel's obverse, and with the dime's date visible across the portrait of Jefferson.

Nickel on dime double-denominations are very scarce, with an estimated 20-25 known business strike examples existing.

The error occurred when a normally struck Roosevelt dime was fed with other nickel planchets into a press that was striking Jefferson nickels, and was fed into the press and overstruck with the nickel dies.

MS63 with mostly white surfaces, and a hint of toning.
