NGC 2003-P Arkansas state quarter struck on a Roosevelt dime double-denomination 35c piece. The quarter was struck over a struck Roosevelt dime, resulting in the coin having both coin's designs, and on the planchet of a clad dime. An ultra-rarity in the state quarter series, this is a unique double-denomination Arkansas state quarter struck over a Roosevelt dime. There are only 5 known state quarters on dime double-denominations for the entire state quarter series!

The dime’s design can be seen underneath the Arkansas quarter's on the obverse and reverse, with portions of the letters, date, FDR’s profile, and other design elements visible.

There are some pre-strike areas of aluminum strike thru, which is from a feeder finger that scraped across the dime’s surfaces prior to the quarter overstriking the dime. This has resulted in interesting silver toning on portions of the time, and silvery struck through areas as well.

A very rare opportunity to own a 35c state quarter on dime!

NGC MS64 and a gorgeous coin, with golden, silvery blue toning (some of which is the strike thru aluminum!)
