CACG 2016 silver eagle partial collar strike, with a high rim from 3 to 7 o'clock. The coin was struck while only partially within the collar die, resulting in part of it being struck out of collar. The portion that was out of collar has no reeding, and is wider in size than a normal silver eagle.
