PCGS 2016-P Jefferson nickel multi-struck 4 times, with the 1st strike normal, and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th strikes 10-15% off-center, and overlapping off-center. A rare date for major errors, and very few major errors are known from this era. 

Uncirculated with lustrous surfaces and a hint of gold toning. Scratches reverse, and a scrape (possibly from when it was ejected from the dies) on the obverse.
