ANACS ND Sacagawea Dollar double-struck, closely overlapping 95% off-center. There are just small portions of the letters visible, including most obviously 'IN WE" (of In God We Trust) from the obverse and "UNIT" on the reverse (of United.)

There are three strikes visible to us that can be made out, and so the coin is actually triple struck in our judgement.

Sacagawea dollars are rare struck this far off, and in fact this is probably the farthest off-center we have ever seen!

MS61 with a few gouges in the edge from (probably) a counting machine, and also some short scratches (all were put into the grade assessment, which is why it has a lower grade.)
