NGC 1c Lincoln Memorial cent foldover strike. The coin has a dramatic "loop" in the planchet, from where the planchet folded over (like folding a piece of bread), and formed a foldover strike.
This error type is generally scarce, with a rough estimate being 75-100 known for Lincoln cents.
