PCGS (1867-1883) shield nickel struck 20% off-center and with a lamination obverse. Shield nickels are very scarce struck off-center, especially more than 10% off. 

 

AU55 with a small "drill mark" on the reverse (not noted on the PCGS holder.) A decent example overall.
