PCGS 5c nickel planchet, which is and old type of nickel planchet, as is evidenced by the distintice upsetting to the rim, and also the impurities in the planchet (streaks of coppery discoloration.) It is in our opinion most likely a Liberty or early buffalo nickel era planchet, but could also be a shield or later buffalo nickel planchet. There's a small lamination as well.
