NGC (1883-1899) liberty nickel double-struck with the 2nd strike 90% off-center and die struck on both sides. The liberty nickel shows the "18" and either a "8 or 9" of the date, putting it in the 1883-1899 date range. Liberty nickel are double-strikes are very scarce.

XF45 with pleasing, original surfaces. Some toned over, minor gouges on 2nd strike.
