NGC 1898 Morgan dollar with a struck in and retained wire in the coin's reverse. The wire fragment is visible on the reverse on the eagle's right wing.
Struck in and retained wire bristles are scarce on Morgan dollars, but are known. They are one of the few known types of struck in an retained errors you can find on a Morgan dollar.
