NGC 1915-S Barber quarter uncentered broadstruck, with the coin nicely positioned to show a large area of planchet visible. Barber quarter broadstrikes are very scarce. 

 

The coin is nearly and off-center, with the dentils missing on the obverse, but not on the reverse. A rare error type on Barber quarters.
