PCGS 1952-D Franklin half double-struck with the 2nd strike 96% off-center. The 2nd strike is die struck on both sides, adding to the coin's eye-appeal.
Franklin halves are rare double-struck, and few are known. Just a very few (maybe 5-10) double-struck off-center Franklin halves are known, and they rarely come available for sale.
PCGS MS62 with original light toning and lustrous, flashy surfaces. A counting wheel mark obverse, but not noted on the holder. A nice coin overall!
