PCGS 1965 Lincoln cent struck through a split before strike planchet reverse. 

The error occurred when the coin was struck through a planchet that split before strike, causing a slight impression of the "ragged split" side of the planchet, into the coin's reverse, and also maybe the strike vague and not fully visible.
