NGC 1969-D Lincoln cent struck 25% off-center on a Costa Rica 5 centimos planchet. The coin is much smaller than a normal cent, and weighs 1.1 grams--nearly 1/3 the weight of a normal cent! It is also off-center, and with a uniface reverse. 

 

The only example known to us of an off-center 1c on Costa Rica 5 centimos planchet--unique. 

 

MS62 with white surfaces. There is a minor scratch on the obverse and some minor dings, all of which likely kept it from a higher grade.
