PCGS 1970-x Washington quarter double-struck with both strikes off-center. One strike is 80% and the other 85% off-center. Dramatic in appearance and scarce like this.
Note: PCGS put "1970-S" on the holder, but it is a typo, and the coin shows no mintmark.
Uncirculated details, damage. The coin has some scratches and scrapes, doubtless from having been stuck in a counting machine.
