PCGS 25c (1932-1982) Washington quarter struck 35% off-center on copper cent T-1 blank. The coin coin is struck 35% off-enter on the copper cent planchet, and is the weight and metal of a cent. It has a uniface reverse, and so has no design on the reverse side. The obverse shows the top portion of Washington's head, but the lettering of "LIBERTY" is missing almost entirely.

The error occurred when a cent blank was fed into a Washington quarter press and was struck off-center.

A very scarce error type as a quarter struck off-center on a cent blank, and only a small number are known.

MS62 Red with flashy, lustrous surfaces. There are some scuffs and scratches, which were doubtless caused by a counting machine (common on errors such as this.)
