NGC 1973-S Proof Eisenhower dollar double-struck broadstruck. The coin is much larger in size than normal, with the 1st strike a normal strike in-collar, and the 2nd strike a broadstrike out of collar.

Most of the double-struck broadstruck proofs come in two types. One is double-struck with no reeding on the edge (these tend to be larger in size), and the other is this kind, which is struck in collar then struck a 2nd time as a broadstrike. Both are desirable types, and scarce.
