PCGS 1983-P Jefferson nickel with strong clashed dies and also counter clashed dies. The coin has strong clashed dies, but also there is a counter clash.
The counter clash occurred when, after the normal die clash occurred, the dies clashed a 2nd time. When they clashed the 2nd time, the clash marks of the obverse on the die's reverse transferred back to the obverse die. The appearance gives the obverse die almost a "double struck" appearance. This is a very strong counter clash (the nicest we've seen on a nickel.)
PCGS 1978-S proof Roosevelt dime with strong clashed dies obverse and reverse. The coin shows strong clashes marks on the obverse and on the reverse sides.
Proof dimes are scarce with...
NGC 1971-S proof Kennedy half storng clashed dies obverse and reverse. Proof halves are scarce with strong clashed dies.
PF65 with some white/brown toning.
