NGC 1974-S Lincoln cent struck thru obverse with what appears to be a cloth-like substance, as there are strands of what appears to be "thread" or "fibers". Regardless, an unusual struck thru.

Also, the coin is a die adjustment strike, having been struck with insufficient striking pressure. 

Uncirculated, and we would grade the coin MS64 Red/Brown with a small spot on the obverse lowering the grade slightly.
