PCGS 90% silver quarter T-1 blank, and weight of 6.29 grams. The blank was intended for striking into a silver quarter, but missed the upset mill and also was never struck.
AU details scratch. Like many blanks there are some scuffy areas, but really, the blank is decent (just scuffier than typical on one side.)
