Scarce date for off-center wheat cents. MS60 cleaned 

PCGS Lincoln Memorial cent with a crescent curved clip, with the clip being 60% size and the coin weighing 1.1 grams. Crescent clips are scarce!   Note: the coin is "reverse side up" in the PCGS holder. PCGS MS62 Brown
