PCGS 1934 walking half partial collar and rim clip. Scarce combination on a walking half.   F12

PCGS 90% silver planchet with an elliptical clip. The planchet is oval shaped, and has a weight of 2.39 grams, under the correct weight of 2.5 grams. The only 90% silver elliptical clip planchet we've seen in years!
