NGC 2000-P Sacagawea dollar struck 15% off-center. The coin shows a portion of the design missing toward 11 o'clock. A pleasing example of this scarce error type on Sacagawea dollars! MS65 with problem-free, pleasing surfaces. 

Canada NGC 1986 quarter struck on a cent blank. The coin is copper, and weigh 2.5 grams, contrasting dramatically with the expected "nickel" color of a normal quarter. Generally scarce error type.   MS64 Red/Brown
